Our team brings together a highly skilled group of builders, civil engineers, landscape architects, and experienced on-site supervisors, representing more than 100 years of combined field expertise. President & Founder
Randy Bern
Randy's passion for construction began at an early age in a family deeply rooted in the industry. After earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, he founded Chilton Development in 1994. Known for his hands-on approach, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality, Randy has grown Chilton into a respected name in custom home building and remodeling across New England.
Director of Development
Peter Koska
Peter brings decades of experience in design, construction, and project leadership. He holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from UMass and has furthered his education in construction management at Wentworth Institute of Technology and construction law at Northeastern University. His distinguished career includes a national award presented by Nancy Reagan in 1981, and he has overseen significant public projects including the main service building at the Chelsea Naval Yard and the Pavilion at the Charlestown Navy Yard.
